If you’re worried about the health of your trees, we can send out a Certified Arborist or a Board Certified Master Arborist to take a look at your trees and make recommendations for them. We’ll see what we’re able to do to try to preserve them.

Services Offered, We Are Also Able To Do Specialized Treatments:

  • Growth Regulators: These are used to slow the growth rate of the tree. They work well for a tree that grows quickly in a yard that may have a smaller space for them to grow. This application is completed every 3 years. This also helps with construction damaged trees to help grow better root systems.

  • Dutch Elm Disease: Dutch Elm Disease affects elm trees. This is a 2-3 year application.

  • Emerald Ash Borer: EAB is in the area. If you haven’t started treating your ash tree yet, there may still be time to treat them. This application is completed every other year. It is recommended for trees that have not been infected with EAB.

  • Fertilization / Aeration: Fertilization is best suited for trees in urban areas that may not be getting as many nutrients as they would be in rural areas. This is a yearly application, usually completed every spring or fall.
  • Apple Scab: Apple scab treatments are completed every spring. It is a 2-step application, given a few weeks apart and is time sensitive.

  • Spruce Budworm: Spruce budworm affects spruce and balsam trees. If you notice these budworms on your trees, we could treat them to kill the budworm. This application is very time sensitive and has a short time period to treat them.
  • Knot Weed: Knot is an invasive species. This is a time sensitive application given before the first frost of the year. It may take 2-4 applications for the knot weed to be completed killed off.
  • Two lined Chesnut Borer: This affects oak trees. This is an application that is completed every other year.

  • Bronze Birch Borer: Birch trees could get bronze birch borer. This is a yearly or every other year application, depending on the product that is used and the size of the tree.

  • Insects and Diseases: We offer a variety of specialized applications that are recommended by a Certified Arborist or Board Certified Master Arborist, based on what type of insect or disease is affecting your tree.
